Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Leeds
A leading legal services organisation is looking to recruit an Associate Solicitor to join its Commercial Litigation team in Leeds. This role involves managing your own caseload while supporting Senior Solicitors on complex and high-value disputes. The position offers exposure to a varied range of commercial litigation matters and the opportunity to develop strong technical expertise across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities
* Manage and assist with a varied caseload of commercial disputes matters
* Advise clients on a broad range of disputes, including contractual liability, property-related disputes, breach of directors' duties, trespass and nuisance claims
* Support senior lawyers on complex and high-value litigation matters
* Liaise with clients, opponents, courts, counsel and other stakeholders
* Work within an insurance-funded litigation environment, including consideration of policy coverage issues where applicable
Experience
* Qualified Solicitor or equivalent
* Experience handling a range of commercial litigation matters
* Strong technical knowledge of dispute resolution and litigation procedures
* Experience within an insurance-funded litigation environment
* Understanding of insurance policy coverage issues and claims handling
* Experience using Salesforce or other case management systems
