Enterprise Social Media & Content Management Project Manager / ECM Delivey Manager / CMS / ECM Product Manager / CMS Delivery Manager / CMS Product manager Location: London - Hybrid (2 days onsite per week) Contract: 6 months Rate: Up to £600-£650/day (Umbrella) Role Summary Enterprise Content Management (ECM): Implement group-wide content systems, governance, workflows, approvals and AI-enabled processes across digital platforms (e.g. intranet, website). Enterprise Social Media: Design and implement processes and tooling to govern and approve partnership social media activity across Head Office and partner businesses. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver enterprise digital initiatives across content and social media. Define scope, roadmap, governance and delivery milestones. Manage stakeholders across Digital, IT, Marketing, Compliance and Risk. Coordinate vendors and technology partners. Drive adoption, change management and reporting. Must-Have Skills & Experience 5 years' experience in digital, technology or martech project management. Strong background in digital platforms, CMS, content governance or martech. Experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives in complex organisations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Desirable Experience in regulated industries (e.g. financial services). Knowledge of social media governance and enterprise tooling.
