Assistant Quantity Surveyor
They are now seeking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to be office based with site visits as required, predominately within the M25 area. You will be working within a small, close knit but very experienced commercial team gaining exposure valuable experience working on projects from pre-construction through to final account and handover. Assisting the Snr QS you will develop excellent commercial skills to manage projects in their entirety and be liaising with clients, sub-contractors and senior management both on-site and in the office.
You will:
* Reside within the East London/Essex corridor
* Have a relevant HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying
* Ideally, 1.5 – 2 years plus experience within a UK contractor
* Be keen to learn and develop your commercial skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Presentable, confident and polished client facing
* Hold a Full UK Driver Licence
* Stable work history
