Nestled in the heart of Ascot, one of the UK's most beautiful country house hotels, is seeking a dedicated Night Manager. This role involves exceeding guest expectations and ensuring each visitor enjoys a memorable and exceptional stay.
You will have experience using Opera and have a driving license due to the location of the property.

* £34,000 per annum plus £3,500 to £4,000 service charge
* Working circa 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off
* Working 12-hour shifts
* Typical working hours: 6:45pm to 7:15am

Responsibilities as the Night Manager…
* Overseeing the operation of the Front of House team and ensuring guests have a seamless experience no matter the time of night
* Providing a personalised experience for a wide variety of guests, including exclusive VIPs, celebrities, blue‑chip companies and international travellers
* Creating a positive working environment and mentoring your team to maintain the hotel's high standards of excellence throughout the night
* Embracing the hotel's excellent training and development opportunities
* Sharing your wealth of knowledge and expertise and providing high‑quality training
The hotel is looking for a warm and welcoming Night Manager who is committed to ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for, no matter the time of night!
