Deputy Nursery Manager - Pembury, Tunbridge Wells
Full-Time 30,000 - 35,000 Monday to Friday No weekends
A newly opened and dynamic early years setting in Pembury is seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join its close-knit team. You'll work alongside a small management team and have the freedom to influence practice and culture from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners
* Support with day-to-day nursery operations
* Take charge in the absence of the Manager
* Deliver and support engaging EYFS curriculum plans
* Ensure regulatory and safeguarding compliance
* Foster an inclusive, nurturing environment for children aged 0-5
What We're Looking For:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted standards
* A proactive leader who thrives in collaborative settings
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
