As a Lifeguard in our Subtropical Swimming Paradise, you'll help create a safe and welcoming experience for every guest. You'll uphold the highest health and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest care.
What you'll be doing
Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and respond promptly to emergencies
Provide a friendly, professional service and assist guests with their needs
Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal health and safety requirements
Work effectively in hot and humid conditions (our Subtropical Swimming Paradise is heated to 29.5°C year-round)
To be a lifeguard, you must be a strong swimmer and pass a swim test during the interview, which includes diving into deep water, timed swimming on front and back and exiting the pool without assistance.

Part-time
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 48-128 over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
About you
RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification
Able to swim 50 metres within 55 seconds and completed 20-hours of continued professional development
Communicate effectively with people and stay calm under pressure
Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
