Key Responsibilities:
Assessment and Care Planning:
Conduct mental health assessments and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
Collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to identify specific care needs.
Patient Support:

Implement strategies to de-escalate potential crisis situations and prevent harm.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
