Job Description Marketing Executive Overview We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the execution of creative campaigns for our market leading airline and cruise line brands. The Marketing Executive will take responsibility for the end-to-end management of creative campaigns designed to support the achievement of key strategic objectives for our partners. Benefits 37.5 hours per week between 08:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday. Hybrid 3 office days and 2 days working from home (Friday is a compulsory in-office day) Minimum of £28,000 per annum(dependent on experience) 18 months of professional experience in marketing Annual company bonus in addition to your salary (subject to successful completion of your probationary period) 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays. Responsibilities Tactical implementation of marketing campaigns for our market leading airline/cruise line brands Executing the day-to-day implementation of all campaigns and communications Content creation including blogs,e-shots, web pages /banners,social media,press adverts –taking complex messages and making them simple–always ensuring customer orientation Leading on smaller projects as directed by the Brand Manager and fulfilling creative marketing briefs Providing concise, timely and constructive feedback to peers where applicable Creating complete marketing reports for campaigns in relation to marketing performance and strategic ROI as directed Evaluate working including documenting successes and failures of all projects,implementing learnings and iterating for future projects Communicate well with all stakeholders across all projects,keeping them updated on all items and deliverability Producing ideas for promotional events and executing them as required Supporting the Brand Manager with any new product launches and product development plans Assisting the Partnerships Marketing Lead with crafting marketing proposals for our market leading airline and cruise line partners Website content updates and general maintenance Excellent attention to detail–ensuring factual accuracy of all content produced,excellent spelling, grammar and content editing skills.
