Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff at our venue. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various situations with composure. The Door Supervisor will play a crucial role in loss prevention and ensuring compliance with licensing laws.

THURSDAYS FROM 17:00 TO 02:00
ALL OTHER DAYS FROM 21:00 to 02:00
22 HOURS A WEEK
Responsibilities
* Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
* Enforce venue policies and procedures, including checking identification to prevent underage entry.
* Respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid when necessary and liaising with emergency services as required.
* Collaborate with other security personnel to maintain order during events or busy periods.
* Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing customer behaviour and reporting any theft or misconduct.
* Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily activities for reporting purposes.
Experience
* Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and first aid certification would be beneficial.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
* A professional appearance and attitude, demonstrating reliability and integrity at all times.

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
