Seasonal Sales Assistant at The Entertainer (Dover St James Retail and Leisure Park).
Responsibilities
* Be reliable and flexible with hours; there may be extra hours when the store is busy.
* Provide approachable, confident, and high-quality customer service.
* Move stock around the store; assist with deliveries and pallets both individually and as part of a team.
* Help out in the local Tesco concession space as needed.
* Engage in merchandising, keep shelves full, interact with customers, and handle deliveries.
Qualifications/Skills
* Physically fit and able to move stock and assist with deliveries.
* Willing to work in a busy retail environment and support team tasks as required.
Key Information
* Rates of Pay: 16-20 year olds £11.00 per hour; 21 years and older £12.21 per hour.
* Contract end date: 3 January 2026.
* Store hours: Open 7 days a week; must be able to work weekends, including Sundays.
* Contract options: 12-hour per week or 20-hour per week, with shifts typically spread over several days; potential for additional hours depending on trade.
* Seasonal commitments around peak period (e.g., Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve).
