This is an excellent opportunity for a strong technical engineer with leadership experience to take responsibility for the day-to-day engineering operations within a prestigious corporate environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead and oversee the on-site engineering team, ensuring high standards of service delivery. * Manage and coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks. * Act as the main technical point of contact on site for the client and internal teams. * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures. * Support engineers with technical guidance, fault finding, and problem resolution. * Monitor maintenance schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and within required timeframes. * Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is logged within the CAFM system. * Assist with subcontractor management and permit-to-work systems where required.
