Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Assistant Contracts Manager on a permanent basis to assist the Contracts Manager with daily contract management and administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Assistant Contracts Manager:
* Assist the Contracts Manager with daily contract management and administrative tasks
* Coordinate resources and support case management and reporting (e.g., legal disrepair, insurance works, damp, mould, condensation)
* Monitor and track complaints within the team
* Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and expenditure reports for repairs and empty homes
* Participate in emergency response activities (e.g., fires, floods)
* Lead small-scale procurement exercises
* Draft and prepare tender specifications
* Liaise with utility companies to ensure timely service setup
* Implement good practice to enhance service delivery
Essential Requirements of the Assistant Contracts Manager:
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Valid SMSTS
