In this role you will work as part of our external team of staff. Saturday working is a requirement for this position, and you will be expected to work alternate Saturday mornings throughout the year.
Responsibilities And Duties
* Work as part of the Yard Team and be flexible to make multi-drop deliveries to our customers in the surrounding area driving the van/pickup vehicles.
* When in the yard you will:
* Assist customers.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Load and unload vehicles.
* Pick and check orders.
* Store stock safely.
* Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
Qualifications And Skills
* This varied role will also require working in the warehouse assisting with customer orders.
* Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
* A Counterbalance Forklift Licence is preferred.
* Building industry knowledge would be an advantage.
* Class 2 Driving Licence would be an advantage, but not an essential.
