Our Opportunity
As the Front Office Manager, you will be the face of the hotel, leading the Front Office team to deliver a warm, professional welcome. You will be the first point of contact for guests and staff, setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. Essential experience includes previous hotel reception roles, preferably in luxury four- or five-star settings.
You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to foster a motivated, service-oriented environment. Responsibilities include training, mentoring, and developing team members, ensuring adherence to hotel standards. Effective coordination with other departments is vital for seamless operations. Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and professional presentation are crucial. A warm, professional personality completes the ideal candidate profile.
