About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hygiene Lead to oversee and maintain exceptional hygiene standards across our manufacturing site. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work alongside the hygiene team, ensuring all cleaning and hygiene operations are completed to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will have previous team leadership experience, a strong understanding of hygiene controls, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and audit-ready environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, motivate, and support the hygiene team to achieve and maintain high hygiene standards.
2. Take an active, hands-on approach by carrying out hygiene and cleaning duties alongside the team.
3. Ensure all hygiene activities are completed in line with company procedures and cleaning schedules.
