This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 2-8 years PQE to join a thriving Employment team handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.
The Role: As part of this dynamic and well-respected department, you’ll work closely with both employer and employee clients, providing expert advice on:
1. Employment contracts, policies, and procedures
2. Disciplinary and grievance issues
3. Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution
4. TUPE and restructuring
5. Settlement agreements
6. Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
What We’re Looking For:
7. 2–8 years PQE in Employment Law
8. A strong understanding of employment legislation and tribunal procedures
9. Excellent client care and communication skills
10. A proactive and commercial approach to legal work
11. The ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
