As a Regulatory Reporting Project Manager Senior Associate in our Regulatory Reporting team, you will help us to ensure that our regulatory change projects are set up and completed in a timely and accurate basis. You will achieve this by utilizing excellent communication skills engaging with stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
* Own, lead and manage Global Private Bank Cross Border Projects adhering to the corporate toolkit, procedures, guidelines, trainings and processes.
* Define day to day project and change management priorities to deliver project within required timelines.
* Engage and support cross border stakeholders to overcome challenges and expedite quality delivery.
* Engage and coordinate preparation & response to relevant compliance, audit and regulatory exams
* Ensure that cross border controls are properly designed, operating effectively, and essential to a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols.
* Is able to work independently to interpret and transform the regulations into business requirement documents.
* Understand our business model and how reporting rules should be applied to particular activities.
* Work with key stakeholders including Operational SME, Technology, Compliance, Controls, Projects, and Governance teams.
* Work in collaboration with upstream business teams to ensure that we receive accurate and timely information.

* Ability to create a vision and actionable roadmap with a focus on ongoing innovation.
* Financial service experience in Private Banking, program management, regulatory change management and/or strategic transformation
* Understanding of Private Bank services including associated products, services, regulatory and control requirements
