We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our people team within Computacenter. Let's tell you a little bit about the team that you'll be working with:
We are a strong and commercially minded HR Business Partnering team. We are the trusted advisors to the Senior Leadership Teams that we support and we make an impact in the business. We are proactive, strategic and implement People Strategies and Initiatives that positively impact the lives of our people at Computacenter.
In this role of HR Business Partner, you will be working alongside our Group Technology Sourcing business which operating across Europe from an HR perspective. You will be the trusted advisor to members of the Senior Leadership Team. In addition to implementing the People Strategy and driving initiatives that grow our people and support the development of our Technology Sourcing experts.
What you'll do
* Support in the execution of the Business Strategy through developing People Strategies and Initiatives that positively impact our people
* Develop strong and trusted partnerships with Senior Executives
* Lead & Champion the implementation of significant organisational changes
* Collaborate with the COEs to address business issues and embed new strategies
* Advise senior leadership on all aspects of people management & the employee lifecycle
* Interpret people analytics, data, and trends to make organisational decisions and advise the senior leadership team
* Support key talent acquisition programmes to enable the hiring of great candidates into the organisation
* Implement and lead Leadership and Development programmes that support our people to be the best that they can be.
What you'll need
* A demonstrable background in the field of Human Resources Business Partnering
* Possess problem solving and analytical capability; experience of managing and analysing HR metrics to find root causes and develop short, medium, and long-term plans
* Have proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable whilst being able to motivate others and influence work behaviours.
* A background of working in a commercial organisation partnering to understand the business agenda, having had a seat at the table with senior leadership.
* Experience of running significant programmes of work across several People Strategies, covering several areas such as Change Management through to Diversity and Inclusion?
* Exceptional communication skills, being able to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Strong organisational skills
* A motivated self-starter who enjoys working with a high degree of autonomy
* An excellent team player
