Join the pastry team in a respected five-star hotel just outside St Helier. You will lead pastry preparation and help create memorable guest experiences.
You will
Produce desserts, afternoon tea items and bakery goods
Organise mise en place and manage service
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen brigade
Support and guide junior chefs
Keep strong food safety standards every day
You bring
Solid pastry background in hotels or quality restaurants
Confidence with classic and modern techniques
Good organisation and eye for detail
Steady approach during busy periods
Pride in consistency and clean presentation
What you get
Salary within £35,000 to £45,000, based on experience
Service charge or tips where applicable
Staff meals on duty
