Wealth Planning Lead
Lombard Odier is a global wealth and asset manager seeking an experienced leader to drive the strategic direction of our wealth planning services. As a member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth planning solutions to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Our innovative bank has a rich history spanning over 225 years, providing a comprehensive offering of discretionary and advisory portfolio management, wealth services, and custody. We also offer asset management services and investment strategies through Lombard Odier Investment Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and delivery of wealth planning services to clients in the UK region.
* Manage a team of wealth planners and collaborate with relationship managers, investment advisors, and legal/tax professionals to provide holistic solutions.
* Contribute to the marketing and communication initiatives of the Wealth Planning team.
* Provide input and insights to support the delivery of a coherent and focused wealth planning strategy aligned with the Bank's growth objectives.
* Represent Lombard Odier as a speaker at events on wealth planning subjects.
* Provide private clients with guidance and information on tax and legal matters related to their wealth planning requirements.
Requirements:
* A thorough knowledge of wealth planning subject matter, particularly relating to UK Resident/Non-Domiciled individuals, UK entrepreneurs, and financial market professionals.
* CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser) is a minimum requirement.
* Proven track record in managing high-profile client relationships and strong relationships building skills.
* Cross-border planning experience and ability to understand international aspects related to clients' situations.
* Excellent knowledge of FCA compliance procedures and other regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication skills and capacity to explain complex tax and legal issues in an accessible manner.
