Position: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher (Full-time)
Location: Near Kensington, Liverpool
Start Date: January 2026 - July 2026
Salary: £130 - £190 per day - Pay to scale from 12 weeks (Salary dependent on experience)
Aspire People are working with a friendly and welcoming primary school near Kensington, Liverpool, who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis, starting in January 2026.

The role is a two-term placement with the potential to extend into the next academic year, or even lead to a direct contract with the school.
The role:
* Teaching a Reception class within a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
* Planning and delivering engaging, child-centred lessons that meet the developmental needs of all learners in EYFS.
* Using the Early Years Framework to support and extend children's learning, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met.
* Supporting children with additional needs, and working closely with the SENDCo and support staff to create tailored learning plans.
* Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
* Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development through play-based learning and structured activities.
* Assessing children's progress and providing timely feedback to parents and staff.
What we're looking for:
* A passionate EYFS Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, and a commitment to high-quality early years education.
* Experience in teaching in an EYFS setting, with a strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
* A reflective and flexible teacher who can adapt learning to meet the diverse needs of the children.
* A compassionate, caring, and creative approach to teaching, with the ability to bring fun and excitement into the classroom.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
* The ability to provide two professional references.
* Have, or be prepared to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check.
