What you'll be doing
Leading a contract management team of 5 responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the MoJ and Home Office contracts. Shaping and influencing the strategic direction and financial performance of the contracts. Managing senior stakeholder relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for all contractual and commercial matters. Driving additional value through effective change management and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
* Extensive experience in contract management with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
* Solid knowledge of governance and compliance methods.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a strategic mindset.
* People management capability, whether through direct people management experience, or the desire to lead a team and experience of coaching others.
* Willing and eligible to undergo Security Check (SC) level Security Clearance.
