Requirements
* DBS MUST BE ON THE ONLINE UPDATE SERVICE
* Immediate start
* Registered with CQC
* Experience in turnaround, change management, troubleshooting, supporting service managers, pre and post CQC preparation, quality and compliance, contract management and delivery, local authority relationships, leading, developing and supporting teams
* Strong experience working with adults with learning disabilities and autism
* Sound knowledge of CQC requirements and how to deliver highest standards of care and support for the individuals you support
* Flexible, adaptable, approachable with excellent communication skills and a level headed, sensitive attitude
* Experience as Registered Manager, Regional Support Manager, Area Manager, Quality and Compliance Manager (preferred)
Job Description

They provide high quality care and support to people with learning disabilities and autism living in their own homes and also in specialist supported accommodation.

You’ll be passionate about ensuring standards are the very best they can be, and instilling the same values in those around you.
You will be working with a knowledgeable and hands‑on regional director who will provide you with all the resources and support that you need in order to achieve what is required.
