SEND Hub Manager (Part-Time Teacher Role) Contract: 3.5 days per week (3 days teaching / 0.5 day PPA from home) Start date: April 2026 Salary: MPS (candidates must have experience; not suitable for ECTs) Old Hill Primary School is looking for an experienced and passionate teacher to take on the role of SEND Hub Manager – an exciting opportunity to shape inclusive practice and make a real difference across our school. The successful candidate will: Teach for three days per week within our SEND Hub, providing high-quality, personalised teaching and learning for pupils with additional needs. Work alongside a skilled and passionate team of LSPs Plan, teach and assess learning for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) across the school. Plan, deliver, and evaluate inclusive provision that helps pupils thrive academically, socially and emotionally. Work closely with our SENDCo and our fantastic team of teachers and support staff to ensure every pupil can access and enjoy their learning. Be creative, nurturing and reflective – someone who believes in inclusion and has the skills to bring it to life in the classroom and beyond. Our pupils benefit from opportunities such as Forest School and the OPAL play project, helping every child to develop confidence, resilience and curiosity through outdoor learning and play.
