Responsibilities
As an Audit Director, you will:
Lead a portfolio of SME audit clients across a diverse range of sectors throughout the South West.
Oversee the end-to-end audit process, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and successful delivery.
Act as a trusted adviser to owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurial clients, providing both commercial and strategic guidance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.
Identify and assess complex business challenges, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm through leadership, business development, and service excellence initiatives.
Requirements
As an Audit Director, you will need:
ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
Extensive experience leading audits for clients across a variety of industries.
A proven ability to manage substantial client portfolios and oversee multiple engagements simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
