Role: Patient Care Assistant Location: Anderson Moores Veterinary Specialists Job type: Permanent, part-time Hours: 32 hours per week - Monday to Friday. We are looking for an experienced Administrator who would like to join our organisation on a permanent basis to provide vital support to our Client Accounts team during a very busy time. The Client Accounts department is responsible for processing all insurance claims and payments on behalf of our clients. Your role will be to assist the team in doing this in an efficient and timely manner. The role will consist of the following duties: To accurately process insurance claims within agreed timescales To manage queries from Insurers in a professional manner To accurately record and process payments To liaise with clients and insurance companies on the telephone in a professional, yet sensitive manner. To be considered for this role, candidates must: Have a minimum of 2 years administrative experience Have experience in processing payments and insurance claims Be proficient in using Microsoft software (Outlook/Excel) Be able to pick up and learn new tasks quickly Be exceptionally organised and able to prioritise own workload Be confident and professional when speaking with senior members of staff, clients, and insurance providers Be empathetic to client circumstances Be eligible to work in the UK The ideal candidate would be a strong administrator with experience of processing insurance claims to enable them to hit the ground running.
