What We Are Looking For:
* Develop and implement H&S policies and procedures.
* Conduct and review risk assessments.
* Lead site inspections and audits.
* Investigate incidents and enforce corrective actions.
* Deliver training and promote a culture of safety.
* Monitor compliance with UK H&S legislation.
* Provide expert guidance to leadership and staff.
* Develop KPIs and track performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a Health & Safety leadership role.
* Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation.
* Excellent risk assessment and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal ability.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret safety data.
* Leadership skills to influence and drive safety culture.
* IOSH qualification.
