We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work with a highly experienced and talented kitchen brigade ensuring the highest of quality and consistency. You will work under a highly knowledgeable senior kitchen team and assist in ensuring all prep and execution of dishes are the the highest standard in this stunning premium dining gastro restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Farnham. Their dining focuses on seasonal, premium ingredients that are elevated into showstopping al la carte menus, unbeatable Sunday roasts and beautiful desserts.

The Person
As the successful Chef de Partie will need the following:
Experience in a premium restaurant/gastro pub setting
Ideally Rosette or Michelin background
Must have fresh food experience
Be a great communicator
A true passion for premium dining and seasonal food
A reliable, team player is key
Impeccable standards of food hygiene
Innovative and creative
Personable and trustworthy
A strong attention to detail
Be local to the area or have own transport, Farnham
