Experience with a Genesys omnichannel solution and CRM platforms like Siebel CRM is essential. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and the practices of a tester in this environment is crucial. I expect proficiency in test design and execution, particularly in creating and designing test scenarios, cases, scripts, plans, and reports. Experience in test automation, including developing and implementing test frameworks and using automation tools such as Tosca, is necessary. I seek excellent analytical skills, with an ability to identify, analyze, and debug issues while working closely with developers and business analysts to find resolutions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effectively communicating test status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, as well as presenting complex information to varied audiences. Responsibilities: I will expect you to perform testing activities within a Scrum/Project team, acting as the quality gatekeeper for our contact centre omnichannel platform and its integration points. Collaboration with business analysts, developers, and other testers to create acceptance criteria and test approaches will be a key responsibility. Participation in the agile Scrum process and rituals, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives, will be required. You will need to create and maintain the automation test suite, and where automation is not possible, ensure that manual testing is documented. I expect you to define, create, and run tests to critique our enterprise applications, including aspects such as load, accessibility, and compatibility across browsers and devices. Presenting feedback, both written and verbal, to product and development teams regarding test outcomes will also be part of your role.
