Our client is looking for a Site Based Document Controller to join a Project Team in Teeside. Experience of Engineering Office document control would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage all documents for easy retrieval, filing, and archiving (both physical and digital).
Control the numbering, labeling, sorting, and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing documents.
Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Ensure proper documentation version control and track document changes or revisions.
Distribute project-related copies to internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
Assist in audits and ensure documentation complies with legal, regulatory, or quality standards.
Experience of SharePoint/EDMS would be useful
