Visual Merchandising Assistant
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 DOE | Location: Peterborough | Head Office | Contracted Hours: Office Based, 37.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

What is the role
This office-based role involves working with the Retail Presentation Manager and store retail teams to provide Visual Merchandising (VM) support to our stores, helping to enhance store aesthetics and customer experience as the company continues to grow and evolve.
What you will do
1. Monitor and respond to questions from stores regarding Windows, VM Guidelines, Graphics & POS.
2. Organise and update VM Communications & Guidelines as directed by the VM Manager.
3. Collaborate with external print suppliers to identify cost-effective graphic solutions, sourcing new suppliers, and negotiating costs.
4. Provide stores with timely information on Windows, VM, and graphics.
5. Build and maintain relationships with stores and Area Managers to support retail functions.
6. Conduct audits and manage store graphic requests to ensure adequate stock of VM equipment/graphics.
7. Procure and supply graphic & POS solutions.
8. Plan and organise Graphics & POS for new store openings.
9. Coordinate with Head Office functions (Creative, Design, Marketing) to ensure retail graphics support brand direction.
10. Manage external business relationships efficiently.
