Description
Due to company growth, Cornerstone are now looking for a Trainee Account Manager Apprentice to join the team.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* To support Account Managers in the administrative management and maintenance of all written and verbal customer communications.
* Predominantly working for an assigned Account Manager or when required for multiple account managers within the Customer Services Department.
* To assist in building, negotiating, renewing, and maintaining customer relations and aiding in the generation of sales by producing quotations.
* To assist with logistical support and the ordering of goods and materials as required.
* To support Account Managers to immediately report and react to any client needs quickly and professionally, making every effort to ensure that problems are resolved to the client's satisfaction.
* Support, manage, share knowledge, encourage best practices, and help develop techniques with other staff members.
Required Experience:
* Current Microsoft suite skills in an office environment.
* Good organisational skills.
* Able to demonstrate and an ability to work within a team.
* Preferred Experience
* Experience in the Fire or Security Industry.
Entry requirements
* Live local to the office and able to commute daily
* Maths and English GCSE's at grade 4/C or above
Training to be provided
Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training, remotely, twice a month.
You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your apprenticeship.
You will be required to complete assessments and portfolio work during your tutor led meetings and take part in any additional training courses that the company require you to complete.
The employer will mentor and coach you on the job. You will also shadow, learn and get involved in all aspects of your administrative role with our office manager.
You will attend dedicated tutor led meetings hosted via MS Teams and gather any on the job evidence needed to supplement your studies.
