They are looking for a Painter/Decorator with other skills such as basic ceramic tiling, mastic etc. skills to work alongside their existing team on customer care and construction projects. The company undertakes various construction works, including refurbishments of void properties for Local Authorities and Housing Associations, post-sale customer care snagging/defect items on behalf of PLC and volume housebuilders and general construction projects across east Anglia. They have a strong client base and pride themselves on providing professional services to corporate and private clients. The role will predominantly in empty, void properties to refurbish them for the next tenants on behalf of LA/HA clients. As the company also carries out various NHBC remedial works, you may from time to time, be asked to assist to resolve defects in line with NHBC standards in occupied homes. There is a strong support and admin team who will provide you with all necessary information and job specifications.
