Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and lead on SEND strategy across the school
* Manage EHCP processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
* Work collaboratively with staff to implement personalised learning support
* Track progress and maintain detailed, up-to-date records
* Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* National SENCO Award (or currently working towards it)
* Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
* Experience working with a range of SEN needs across key stages
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
