Job Duties:
* This is a temporary appointment. The post holder is responsible for supporting the Water Utilities Regulation Team.
* Duties will include planning meetings and providing secretariat support as required.
* To coordinate and manage email correspondence for the team.
* The post holder must have the ability to deliver results quickly and manage work against deadlines and competing priorities.
* The post holder must hold a full UK driving licence.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills, are required.
* The post holder should work flexibly within the team, use initiative, and contribute positively to the team's success.
* Any other duties as required by line management.
Essential Criteria:
* Must have 2 GCSEs including Maths & English (must be able to show certificates).
* Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
* Experience in organising and maintaining records.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
*The successful applicant will be required to complete an Access NI check during registration.*
