About you

You enjoy winning new customers by helping them solve real problems. You’re confident leading complex sales conversations and you stay curious about how technology can make hotel teams’ lives easier. You like working towards clear targets, but you’re at your best when you’re trusted to manage your own pipeline and approach. At Access, you’ll have the freedom, tools and support to sell in a way that feels consultative, value‑led and human.


Day‑to‑day, you will:

* Find and engage hotel customers across the UK and Ireland, using a mix of outbound activity, inbound leads and insight from AI‑supported sales tools.
* Run end‑to‑end sales cycles, from first conversation through to close, working with multiple stakeholders such as hotel managers, owners and IT leads.
* Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals that clearly show how Access hotel software supports day‑to‑day hotel operations.
* Keep your pipeline accurate and up to date, using customer data to forecast revenue and focus your time where it has the biggest impact.


Your skills and experiences might also include:

* Experience selling business‑to‑business software, ideally in hospitality, hotel technology or a closely related sector.
* Confidence navigating complex buying processes with multiple decision‑makers and longer sales cycles.
* Experience using customer relationship management systems and data to manage opportunities and forecast sales.
* An interest in using AI‑supported tools to research accounts, personalise outreach and improve sales outcomes.
