Role Summary
Care Assistant at Clayton Manor Care Home (Cheshire), working night shifts to deliver high‑standard personal care and contribute fully to the care team, ensuring continuity of services to residents.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal hygiene care, ensuring independence, dignity and respect.
* Recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and signs of infection and escalates any identified risks promptly.
* Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting dignity and individuality.
* Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
* Communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to cover a range of responsibilities on short notice.
* Carry reasonable instructions from other team members and be an efficient worker.

Qualifications & Requirements
* No experience required.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Demonstrated initiative and respect for residents and staff.
* Adaptability and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
* Approval of a DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare).
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
