Care Assistant – Bognor Regis & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £14-£15 per hour + mileage. Joining Bonus: £500 (if eligible). Hours: Guaranteed full‑time or part‑time, between 07:00-22:00.
Our agency delivers quality, single‑client, relationship‑led domiciliary care across Bognor Regis, Chichester and surrounding areas. We support clients to live independently with the time and care they deserve.
Pay & Benefits
* Guaranteed hours

* Enhanced evening and weekend rates
* Overnight care: £125–£135 per night
* Live‑in care: £130–£145 per day
* 45p per mile mileage allowance
* Holiday pay (12.07%)
* Company pension (3% contribution)
* Enhanced pay on designated holidays
About the Role
* Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care tailored to individual needs
* Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Support with meal preparation and hydration
* Help with medication reminders or, where trained, administration
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Assist with mobility and safe moving & handling
* Support with household tasks (light cleaning, laundry)
* Accompany clients to appointments or community activities
* Monitor wellbeing and report changes or concerns
* Encourage independence and promote dignity at all times
* Build trusting, meaningful relationships with clients and families
