Field Care Supervisor

Summary of role

To attend the clients home and support their daily living as assessed by Caremark. To meet the personal care and support needs of clients in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes their independence. The care and support provided by Care and Support Workers is expected to include support that would reasonably be given by members of the client's family and is not to include tasks that would normally be undertaken by a trained nurse.

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping the people we support to develop life skills, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals – whether that's finding a job, learning to cook, or just enjoying a day out.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide person-centred support in line with individual care plans
* Promote independence and daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and self-care
* Support with communication, social interaction, and building relationships
* Assist with personal care, where required
* Participate in activities, outings, and community engagement
* Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and other team members
* Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding protocols
