Female Support Worker Opportunity


Location: Outskirts of Southport, UK

UK Driving License Required


About the Role


Are you caring, compassionate, and motivated? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established supported living service, helping three amazing individuals live their best lives

You'll be supporting people with learning disabilities and mobility needs, while promoting choice, independence, and wellbeing.


The Service

* A 3-bedroom home with a large garden and welcoming communal spaces.
* The people you'll support love:

Listening to music

Baking treats

Watching TV

Enjoying their garden in summer

They describe themselves as chatty, friendly, kind, and helpful and their ideal Support Workers will be laid-back, encouraging, and positive.


Shift Pattern

* 10am – 10am the next day, which includes a sleepover (10am - 10pm, sleepover, then 7.30am - 10am the next day)



What We're Looking For

* Female applicants only (due to service requirements)
* UK Driving License
* A caring nature and a passion for supporting others


Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010
