As a Group Facilitator, you'll be a vital part of our Ageing Well Community Asset Team, delivering engaging and meaningful group sessions that empower people to live well, stay connected, and feel supported.
About the Role
* Set up, promote, and lead Community Asset groups across the county
* Collaborate with health, social care, and voluntary sector professionals
* Deliver informative and inclusive group activities tailored to individual needs
* Provide one-to-one support where appropriate
* Work alongside volunteers with lived experience
* Represent Northamptonshire Carers positively in multi-agency settings
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in support work, wellbeing coordination, or health and social care
* Confident working within multi-disciplinary teams
* Creative, reliable, and passionate about co-production
* A strong team player and communicator (both written and verbal)
* Committed to reducing health inequalities and improving lives
