We’re hiring a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to scale a highly successful digital product into new markets.
The product is proven. The traction is strong. Now we’re expanding internationally.
This is an opportunity to take a validated solution into new territories, backed by brand credibility, a defined commercial strategy and leadership support from day one.
You’ll be supported by an experienced BDE and SDR, allowing you to focus on high-value pipeline, senior conversations and closing complex, consultative deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving outbound-led expansion into new markets
* Building high-quality pipeline with SDR and BDE support
* Leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to close
* Engaging senior decision makers and articulating ROI and strategic value
* Navigating procurement and complex buying groups
* Securing flagship accounts and early adopter partnerships
* Mentoring junior team members within your pod
This role suits someone who enjoys building momentum in new territories while operating within a clear commercial framework.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in technology or digital solution sales
* Experience launching a product into a new market or taking a new product to market
* Strong outbound sales capability
* Experience engaging senior decision makers in complex organisations
* Experience with short sales cycles
