About the Role
The Senior Product Manager will lead one of the most commercially critical areas of the business: top-of-funnel growth, onboarding and activation within a high-traffic consumer app.
Role Highlights
* Own the end-to-end strategy for customer acquisition, onboarding and first-use conversion
* Drive improvements across downloads, search behaviour, trip creation and purchase journeys
* Use customer insight, analytics and experimentation to increase monthly active usage
* Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics and growth teams to deliver measurable impact
* Influence senior stakeholders and confidently prioritise what matters most for the traveller and customer
You Will Need
* Proven experience as a Product Manager in a consumer-facing mobile app environment
* Strong strategic thinking beyond feature delivery, with the ability to shape vision and influence outcomes and work on 0-1 and bring products to market.
* Confidence in scale up enviroment where priorities can shift quickly
* Working knowledge of AI-native product development and modern tools such as Claude, GitHub and prototyping platforms
* The ability to challenge constructively, make difficult decisions and lead without hand-holding
