Responsibilities include: Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn) Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and potential Build strong initial relationships with prospects Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations, understanding client needs and tailor solutions Follow up consistently and nurture prospects through the pipeline Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage the negotiation process Close deals and ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success Team Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and outcomes within the CRM Collaborate with sales/marketing to optimise campaign content and lead quality Provide valuable feedback based on client interactions to help improve sales strategy and materials Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s full product suite and service offerings Meet or exceed targets for meetings booked, qualified leads, and conversions.
