About The Role
Hours 37.50 hours/week. Term time only (39 weeks)
Salary £31,526 – £39,889 pa (FTE 52wks £36,757 - £46,507)
Part time hours may be considered for the right applicant
£18.85 - £23.85 per hour, dependent on hours and experience
Teaching & Learning
* Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
* Assess and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs and ensure every learner can succeed.
* Create inclusive, stimulating learning environments that reflect the principles of Conductive Education.
* Use creative approaches and technology to inspire and support learning.
Working Together
* Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
* Lead and support classroom staff, ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach.
* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
Professional Development
* Stay up to date with developments in education, particularly SEND.
* Engage in training, reflect on your practice, and continuously develop your skills.
