About the Role This is a unique opportunity to lead a small, specialist class catering to pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, SEMH, and low ability learning profiles. The class size is still being finalised, ensuring a manageable group where you can provide personalised support and meaningful learning opportunities. What We’re Looking For The school is seeking someone who brings: • QTS with experience in SEN teaching (M2–M6 teachers only; not suitable for ECTs). • A strong track record of supporting pupils with diverse needs. • Creativity, patience, and adaptability in planning and delivering engaging lessons. • The ability to foster trust and build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues. • A proactive, team-focused approach to working within a nurturing school community.
