As Head of History you will lead by example, develop, inspire and motivate your team and be committed to achieving high standards. You are enthusiastic about embracing new ideas, demonstrate a positive attitude, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
As Head of Department, you will develop comprehensive programmes of study, create resources, design schemes of work, and implement effective assessment and teaching strategies, ensuring relevance to the needs of pupils, examining and awarding bodies, and the Academy’s Aims and Development Plan objectives. Responsibilities
