Are you early in your payroll career and looking to develop your skills in a nurturing environment? We're looking for a motivated Payroll Assistant to join our busy and friendly Payroll Team, supporting the smooth delivery of payroll services to a diverse client base.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some payroll experience who's eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term future within the business.
What you'll be doing:
?? Supporting accurate monthly payroll processing
?? Assisting with year-end tasks (e.g. P60s, P11Ds)
?? Helping to resolve client queries and provide excellent service
??? Keeping payroll records and reports up to date
?? Supporting the setup of new payrolls and pensions
What we're looking for:
?? Around 1-2 years of payroll experience (in-house or bureau)
?? Confident using Microsoft Office & payroll software (Sage, BrightPay, Paycircle etc.)
?? A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
??? Strong communication and organisational skills
?? Ambitious, reliable, and looking to grow with us
