About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance & Health and Safety Engineer to join the team based in the Bristol area.
Reporting into the local Quality Manager, this role plays a key part in maintaining EN9100 compliance, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and acting as the primary Health & Safety focal point on site.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Quality Manager with EN9100 compliance and QMS activities
* Investigating quality issues using tools such as 8D and root cause analysis
* Supporting internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits
* Managing document control, supplier quality support and improvement actions
* Leading site Health & Safety activities, including risk assessments and inspections
What you'll need
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quality or Assurance role
* Working knowledge of EN9100, 8D problem solving and FMECA
* Formal internal auditing experience (qualification preferred)
* Practical Health & Safety experience, including risk xsngvjr assessments and incident reporting
* HNC, degree or equivalent qualification
* Strong digital skills with the ability to produce structured reports and documentation
