This is a role where you’ll have real influence — supporting tenants, strengthening neighbourhoods, solving problems, and helping people build safe, secure futures.Working 35 hours per week, you’ll be at the heart of our communities, taking ownership of a varied caseload and delivering a service that truly puts customers first. What You’ll Be Doing- Build strong relationships with tenants and local communities- Manage anti‑social behaviour cases and work with partner agencies to reach solutions- Support tenants with income collection and rent arrears- Oversee all aspects of tenancy and estate management- Ensure our properties meet and maintain high standards- Work closely with colleagues across Connexus to deliver real outcomes This role requires extensive travel across Herefordshire, and we’ll reimburse mileage from your designated base in Hereford. About You- Experienced in the Social Housing Sector- Knowledgeable about landlord and tenant law- Confident handling ASB cases- Skilled in income recovery and arrears procedures- Empathetic and professional when supporting vulnerable tenants- Resilient and calm under pressure- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills- Strong administrative ability- Full driving licence and access to a vehicleThis role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices, with Head office at The Shell Store, Hereford and travel to other offices as required.Shortlisting date: 13 May 2026Interview date: 20 May 2026About ConnexusConnexus is a rural housing association with its heritage in Shropshire and Herefordshire, providing good quality, affordable and safe homes that customers are proud to live in.
